Located in the heart of Charlottesville, VA, this onsite role allows you to serve a dedicated patient population while working alongside a collaborative, supportive care team. As a Physical Therapist at CareATC, you’ll partner closely with primary care providers and an interdisciplinary team to evaluate and treat musculoskeletal conditions, support chronic disease management, and empower patients through movement and education. You’ll build meaningful patient relationships, enjoy continuity of care, and work within a predictable schedule that supports true work-life balance—without the pressures of volume-based or productivity-driven environments. coordinated, seamless care Practice physical therapy in a
collaborative, team-based care setting
that prioritizes quality over volume Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with clinical quality, safety, and regulatory standards What You’ll Bring
Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program Active or eligible Virginia Physical Therapist license (compact preferred) Outpatient experience or entry through CareATC’s mentor program Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care CareATC is an equal opportunity employer.
