$75,000 - $114,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative product designs and engineering solutions from concept to production.
Create detailed 2D and 3D CAD models, assemblies, and technical drawings.
Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes for optimal performance and cost-efficiency.
Conduct design reviews and apply DFM (Design for Manufacturability) principles.
Support the prototyping, testing, and validation of new and revised designs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and supply chain.
Analyze and resolve design-related issues, implementing corrective actions.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA).
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, injection molding, sheet metal fabrication).
Demonstrated knowledge of material science and selection for engineering applications.
Experience applying Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles.
Ability to perform engineering calculations and analysis for design validation.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with specific PLM/PDM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill).
Familiarity with advanced manufacturing processes (e.g., additive manufacturing, composites, advanced machining).
Proficiency with FEA/CFD simulation software for design validation.
