As an Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our children’s services – driving quality, compliance, and innovation across your area. You’ll: Oversee and lead 5 residential homes (with more to come) Ensure services meet and exceed regulatory standards Coach, support and guide Registered Managers to deliver outstanding care Drive improvement, innovation and cultural excellence Contribute to strategic planning and the growth of our services Champion our core values and inspire your teams to do the same This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, values‑led environment and who is ready to bring vision and leadership to a growing part of our organization. About You

What do you need to bring? Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care

(or equivalent qualification in child/adult care/support) Significant management/supervisory experience

in multi‑site settings Experience

working effectively with people with learning disabilities and/or special needs A solid understanding of the Children Act 1989, Quality Standards, statutory regulations, and how they apply in practice – including inspection frameworks Confidence in applying relevant legislation and guidance to ensure quality and compliance And personally?
