What You'll Do Manage all incoming calls and set sales appointments Reach out to leads from digital sources and marketing campaigns Conduct outbound calls to potential customers Oversee call scripts, messaging quality, and team performance Handle scheduling, reporting, and basic administrative tasks Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead flow
