What You'll Do
Call and follow up with warm leads who've shown interest in bathroom renovations.
Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and project goals.
Schedule design consultations and estimate appointments for our sales team.
Manage lead activity in CRM software, keeping all notes and updates organized.
Support the office team with light administrative or scheduling tasks as needed.
Maintain professional, courteous communication with all clients.
What You Bring
Excellent communication and customer service skills (phone and written).
Organized, reliable, and comfortable working independently.
Prior experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or customer service (preferred).
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM or scheduling tools.
Positive attitude and commitment to hitting weekly call and booking goals.
Quiet home workspace and stable internet connection.
What We Offer
$8 to $10/hour USD
base pay +
commission on booked appointments .
Remote, full-time position (40 hours/week).
