$85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations (OSHA, EPA, etc.) and company policies.
Develop, implement, and maintain EHS programs, policies, and procedures specific to manufacturing operations.
Conduct thorough incident investigations, root cause analyses, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
Identify and assess EHS risks across the facility, developing and managing mitigation strategies.
Design and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs for all employees, contractors, and visitors.
Oversee and conduct regular EHS audits, inspections, and hazard assessments.
Manage all EHS‑related documentation, permits, and reporting requirements.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
In‑depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations and standards.
Professional certification such as CSP, CHMM, or CIH preferred.
Proven experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS programs and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Demonstrated ability in incident investigation, risk assessment, and EHS training delivery.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) certification.
Experience applying Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to EHS processes.
Demonstrated experience with sustainability initiatives or ESG reporting.
Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish.
