Salary Range:
$86,000 - $131,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and company policies.
Develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, policies, and procedures across the manufacturing site.
Conduct regular EHS risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the implementation of preventative measures to avoid recurrence.
Develop and deliver comprehensive EHS training programs to employees at all levels.
Manage hazardous waste programs and ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of materials.
Monitor EHS performance metrics, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-7+ years of progressive EHS experience in a manufacturing environment, including at least 2 years in a management or leadership role.
In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant federal, state, and local EHS regulations and standards.
Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage EHS programs, policies, and management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Professional EHS certifications such as CSP, CIH, CHMM, or similar.
Bonus Qualifications
Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) designation.
Experience integrating EHS principles into Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives.
Master's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or a related engineering field.
Proven experience with sustainability initiatives or ESG reporting frameworks.
