Lead CEI delivery for roadway, bridge, and transit construction projects across South Carolina’s Lowcountry, supporting SCDOT and regional public-sector agencies and working closely with contractors and inspection teams to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality project execution from mobilisation through completion.
The job:
Lead and oversee construction management and inspection services for roadway, bridge, transit, drainage, utilities, erosion control, and maintenance of traffic projects.
Supervise field inspection staff, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve construction issues.
Support business development efforts, including client engagement, RFQs/RFPs, and proposal development.
Plan and direct large, complex construction projects or multiple concurrent CEI assignments.
Benefits
Compensation: $190,000 - $230,000

Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.
Licensed PE.
10+ years of experience.
