Join a respected engineering firm as a Technical Leader - Geotechnical in South Carolina, delivering designs for bridges, roadways, dams, and foundations. This role offers technical ownership on impactful infrastructure projects at a company known for quality, collaboration, and long‑term client partnerships.
The job:
Lead and oversee construction management and inspection services for roadway, bridge, transit, drainage, utilities, erosion control, and maintenance of traffic projects.
Supervise field inspection staff, providing technical guidance, mentoring, and performance oversight.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project progress and resolve construction issues.
Support business development efforts, including client engagement, RFQs/RFPs, and proposal development.
Plan and direct large, complex construction projects or multiple concurrent CEI assignments.
Benefits
Compensation: $150,000 - $185,000
Work Environment: Hybrid flexibility with 2 days work from home.

What they need?
Bachelor’s in civil engineering or a related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas.
At least 12+ years’ experience in geotechnical engineering.
