Construction Project Manager Future Opportunity

CSEngineering is looking to add a Construction Project Manager to our growing team! The Project Manager shall provide administrative and contract management oversight for Construction Management (CM) services supporting the Jesse Brown VA Medical Center. This role is not a design or engineering position. The PM will be responsible for managing CM contractor personnel, ensuring contract compliance, and serving as the primary point of contact with the VA Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Coordinate all Construction Management services supporting JBVAMC.

Provide administrative oversight and supervision of all CM contractor employees assigned to the project, both onsite and remote.

Serve as the authorized point of contact between the CM Services Contractor and the VA CO and COR.

Ensure all contractor personnel comply with the terms and conditions of the CM services contract.

Monitor employee assignments, hours expended, and staffing coverage.

Coordinate monthly performance reviews with the COR (estimated 250 hours annually).

Support contract administration, performance tracking, and identification of required contract adjustments.

Report contract status, staffing, and performance issues to the CO and COR as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated experience managing construction management or professional services contracts.

Proven ability to supervise and manage multi-disciplinary teams, including onsite and remote personnel.

Strong understanding of federal contract administration and compliance requirements.

Experience serving as a primary point of contact for government clients.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Ability to manage staffing, time reporting, and contract performance oversight.

Must be a United States Citizen.
