Claims Analyst II Future Opportunity

CSEngineering is looking to add a Claims Analyst II to our growing team! The CA II shall provide expert claims analysis and litigation support for construction projects at a VA Medical Center and will serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in reviewing, analyzing, and defending owner interests against contractor claims.

Job Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive construction claims analysis in support of owner defense.

Conduct Cause and Effect Analysis, Entitlement Analysis, and Cost and Schedule Integration.

Review contractor claims, change requests, delay claims, and supporting documentation.

Support legal defense strategy by preparing technical analyses, narratives, and exhibits.

Coordinate with legal counsel, project teams, and technical experts as required.

Analyze project schedules, costs, and construction records related to claims.

Prepare written reports and documentation to support dispute resolution and litigation efforts.

Participate in onsite meetings at JBVAMC as required by the COR.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, or claims and litigation support

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related technical field

Thorough understanding of the claims review and legal defense process.

Demonstrated expertise in: Cause and Effect Analysis; Cost and Schedule Integration; Entitlement Analysis.

Proven experience serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) defending owner interests against contractor claims.

Must be a United States Citizen
