Infosys is seeking an experienced

Workday Compensation Core Functional Consultant

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday Compensation configuration and functionality, ensuring accurate and efficient management of compensation processes within the Workday platform.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.

At least 4 years of experience in ERP software development life cycle.

Hands on experience in Workday ERP Implementation or support projects and relevant experience in ERP domain in implementation / support projects related to Workday applications.

Proven experience as a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant.

Strong understanding of Workday Compensation configuration and business processes.

Configure and maintain Workday Compensation modules, including plans, grades, and packages.

Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.

Ensure compliance with compensation policies and organizational standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Compensation functionality.

Provide guidance and best practices for compensation processes in Workday.

Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation activities.

Ability to analyze requirements and deliver functional solutions.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Location for this position is

Raleigh, NC, Indianapolis, IN, Phoenix AZ, Richardson TX or Hartford CT.

This position may require relocation and/or travel to client/project location.

Preferred Qualifications

Workday Compensation Certified. Workday HCM Functional Knowledge.

Experience with Workday Advanced Compensation.

Knowledge of Workday integrations and reporting related to compensation.

Familiarity with global compensation structures and compliance requirements.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
