8 shifts – all shifts include rotating weekends and some holidays
Full Time, Afternoon Shift – 2:00 pm – 10:30 pm
This is a full‑time position
Responsibilities
Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes and peritoneal dialysis.
Administer medications to patients as prescribed by the physician and advise patients and families regarding changes to medications, treatment plans, and patient condition.
Provide preventative and supportive care directed to the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients.
Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with our guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, you will promote a positive, healthy environment to heal and thrive.
Oversee the Nurse Aide team including giving direction & assignments, offering training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations.
Qualifications
A current license to practice as an LPN in Michigan; current CPR certification.
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree, or higher.
High level of analytical abilities to prepare personalized care plans, implement effective nursing care and rehabilitation, and develop solutions to difficult problems concerning well‑being.
Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering excellent, passionate, innovative care.
Team player, dedicated to supporting your team members and getting the job done.
Requirements
Certifications Required: CPR-BLS Certification
Licensure Required: LPN Licensed Practical Nurse
