RN Responsibilities
Provide planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation.
Develop nursing care plans in coordination with patient, family and interdisciplinary staff as necessary.
Communicate changes in patient's clinical condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate.
Participate in the discharge planning process.
Initiate patient education plan, as prescribed by a physician. Teaches patients and significant others how to manage their illness/injury by explaining post-treatment home care needs.
Prepares equipment and aids physicians during the examination and treatment of patients.
Responds to life‑saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocol.
Record all care information concisely, accurately, and completely, promptly, in the appropriate format and on the appropriate forms.
Qualifications
Must be a registered nurse with a valid RN license in the state you are applying for.
Minimum of 2 years of psychiatric Experience.
BLS & ACLS
Desire to be part of a dynamic platform and ability to quickly adapt to new facilities and conditions.
