Behavioral / Psychiatric RN Responsibilities
Conduct psychiatric and behavioral health assessments
Administer medications and monitor patient response
Support crisis intervention and de-escalation when needed
Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams
Ensure patient safety and adherence to treatment plans
Document care accurately and timely
Qualifications
Active Texas RN license
Minimum of 18 months of experience in behavioral health, psychiatric, or related care setting
Current ACLS/BLS certification
Calm, compassionate, and confident in high-acuity environments
