Job Requirements Three years of experience working in a professional kitchen to include staff supervision, ordering and inventory control, equipment use and maintenance as well as banquet set-up.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Represent Club to public health agencies
Provide liaison with related departments for equipment and supply provision
Supervise set up of banquet functions with utility staff
Maintain equipment and facility in productive, clean and safe condition
Train, schedule and supervise staff
Compensation
Commensurate with experience
Schedule
Varied schedule including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
