This role manages inbound inquiries, schedules services, and ensures clear communication between clients, inspectors, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries promptly and professionally

Schedule inspections, mitigation services, and pest control appointments accurately

Educate clients on services, processes, timelines, and next steps

Maintain accurate client records in CRM and scheduling systems

Coordinate with inspectors, technicians, and dispatch to ensure smooth operations

Handle reschedules, cancellations, and urgent requests with professionalism

Follow up with clients to confirm satisfaction and resolve concerns

Qualifications & Requirements

2+ years of customer service, call center, or administrative experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

Comfortable working in a fast-paced service environment

Proficient with CRM systems, scheduling software, and basic office tools

Real estate, home services, or inspection industry experience is a plus
