Job Overview A Phlebotomist is a healthcare professional specialized in drawing blood from patients for various diagnostic tests, blood donations, or research purposes. The Phlebotomist is responsible for the collection of blood samples from patients in a clinical, hospital, or laboratory setting. This role involves performing venipunctures and capillary draws, ensuring accurate specimen handling, and maintaining patient comfort and safety throughout the process.

What You Will Need

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

One or two years’ experience.

CPR BLS Card from the AHA within 90 days.

Compensation Hourly Range - $17 - $25.50

Incentives Eligible for evening/night, weekend shift incentive based on company policies and applicable job codes. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Bonus Potential for a performance-based bonus, subject to eligibility criteria and achievement of defined metrics. Details regarding bonus eligibility and performance goals will be provided during the interview process or upon hire.
