Responsible for evaluating and treating of inpatients of various musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
Schedule:
Tues. - Sat., day hours
Pay Range:
$37.80-48.30/hour, based on level of experience.

Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive rehabilitative services, adhering to APTA, NYS DOH, and Joint Commission standards.
Offer clinical and day-to-day supervision to inpatient Physical Therapists and PT Assistants.
Serve as a recognized expert in physical rehabilitation, guiding the inpatient team.
Ensure administrative proficiency with therapy regulations, practice issues, and clinic operations.
Foster a motivating team atmosphere, encouraging innovation and high performance.
Collaborate with Rehabilitation Leadership on facility goals, policies, and procedures.
Oversee staff performance reviews and assist with safety activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
Current NYS Licensure/Registration as a Physical Therapist.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Physical Therapist.
At least 1 year of supervisory experience in Physical Therapy or a Rehab setting is preferred.
Ongoing accredited continuing education as required by NYS licensure.
CPR Certification within 3 months of employment.
