Role Overview We are seeking a talented and versatile
Resident Musician
to enhance the guest experience through live musical performances across the hotel. This role is ideal for a professional performer who can sing and play one or more instruments, create an inviting atmosphere, and adapt their style to different settings—from relaxed daytime lounges to elegant evening programming.
Key Responsibilities
Perform live music (vocals and instrumental) in designated hotel venues such as lounges, restaurants, poolside, beach areas, and private events
Curate setlists that align with the hotel’s brand, ambiance, and guest demographics
Adjust musical style and volume to suit different times of day and guest experiences
Engage guests in a warm, professional, and approachable manner
Maintain a polished appearance and stage presence consistent with a luxury hospitality environment
Coordinate performance schedules with hotel management and events teams
Ensure all instruments and equipment are properly maintained and set up
Adhere to hotel policies, safety standards, and performance guidelines
Requirements
Proven experience as a live performer (vocals and at least one instrument required)
Strong repertoire spanning genres such as acoustic, jazz, pop, soul, soft rock, or international/lounge styles
Ability to read a room and tailor performances to guest energy and setting
Reliable, punctual, and professional with a strong work ethic
Comfortable performing solo (duo or ensemble experience is a plus)
Legal authorization to work in the contract location for the duration of the engagement
Package / Contract Details
Duration:
9 months annually; November 1st - August 1st
Monthly fixed of $4,000
8% national insurance deduction
Housing - single occupancy
Meals
Flights
Service charge and gratuities
Performance Schedule:
Set weekly schedule 6 x times weekly, 4 hour sets per day with flexibility for special events and peak periods
Additional Perks:
Full accommodation, meals, some resort amenities (subject to hotel policy) return flight ticket, service charge and gratuities
