Take a closer look at the Quality Assurance Manager role: Develop and implement quality assurance measures to be streamlined throughout the company Build the annual product and process audit plans and ensure they are carried out Plan and conduct new product (project) audits and process audits with new customers Identify opportunities for quality and performance improvement and delegate responsibilities to various teams Lead a team of individuals responsible for upholding QA practices
Who You Are: Can hit the ground running – Have minimum of 5 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in a manufacturing environment Have a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field. Quality system regulation, cGMP or ISO9000 knowledge Excellent communication and team-building skills Have knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, 5S, TPS, etc.) Possess critical judgement to conduct inspections with unwavering integrity
