An excellent opportunity to expand experience and be part of larger network of HR experts.**Job Description:**Job DescriptionResponsibilities:* Guide leaders on employee performance, coaching and feedback practices.* Lead full-cycle employee relations activities, including investigations, performance management, and conflict resolution.* Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned business units, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.* Partner with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business priorities and organizational growth.* Provide expert consultation on workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent management.* Drive culture, engagement, and change management initiatives to support a high-performing and inclusive workplace.* Advise leaders on compensation, promotions, and organizational pay structures in alignment with HR policies and market practices.* Ensure compliance with employment laws, internal policies, and HR standards across all people decisions.* Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.* Experience of utilizing AI to support HR activitiesRequired* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field* 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a strategic HRBP or HR generalist role.* 3+ years of experience working in an HR role supporting employees in United States* Proven ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.* Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) and proficiency in Microsoft Office.Preferred* Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field* HR certification is a plus* Experience supporting employees in the UK is a plus**Base salary range**: $84,750 - $122,040 annually**Other compensation**: This position is eligible to participate in the discretionary company bonus plan.
