D2 Government Solutions is seeking qualified Aircraft Workers to wash and lubricate aircraft at MacDill AFB, FL.
Responsibilities
Perform exterior and interior aircraft wash tasks in accordance with Technical Orders including masking, cleaning, and lubrication support.
Assist with pre‑wash preparation and post‑wash restoration, ensuring proper installation/removal of safety locks, covers, and warning tags per T.O. guidance.
Identify corrosion, paint defects, and discrepancies during wash operations; report findings to the COR and document in aircraft forms as directed.
Maintain strict tool and Foreign Object Debris (FOD) control, housekeeping standards.
Use approved cleaning compounds and equipment; ensure proper PPE usage and adherence to environmental and hazardous material handling procedures.
Support timely completion of wash services within nine (9) hours of scheduled start time and assist in meeting monthly wash volume requirements.
Coordinate with team leads and mechanics during complex wash/lube tasks and follow instructions for scheduling changes and operational priorities.
Qualifications
Experience in aircraft wash and corrosion control
Knowledge of Air Force technical data and safety standards
Ability to interpret and follow Technical Orders and work instructions
Physical capability and attention to detail
Basic documentation and communication skills
