The Opportunity We are partnering with organizations in Fremont that are seeking Industrial Electricians. Key Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial electrical systems, machinery, and components.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on electrical equipment to ensure operational reliability.
Install, modify, and upgrade electrical wiring, controls, and equipment according to specifications.
Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
Adhere to all safety protocols, electrical codes (e.g., NEC), and company policies.
Calibrate and adjust electrical components and instrumentation as required.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial electrical systems, including PLCs, motor controls, and HMI interfaces.
Strong ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
Demonstrated knowledge of electrical safety procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and NFPA 70E standards.
Experience with variable frequency drives (VFDs), servo drives, and other industrial motor control systems.
Proven capability to perform preventative and predictive maintenance on manufacturing electrical equipment.
Relevant electrical license or certification (e.g., Journeyman Electrician).
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced PLC programming and development experience.
Proficiency in instrumentation and control systems.
Experience with Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and servo systems.
Certifications in arc flash safety or thermography.
