At Children With Opportunity, we provide integrated therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. We have clinics in Grain Valley, MO and Liberty, MO.

Pay Range $45.00 per hour – $45.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Conduct physical therapy evaluations of clients referred to physical therapy.
Conduct re‑evaluations of patients on a regular basis, as recommended.
Conduct individual and/or group therapy sessions according to individual needs.
Participate in staff meetings and conferences to review progress.
Assist staff with concerns pertaining to physical therapy and maintain open communication with parents regarding therapy problems.
Operate all therapy equipment according to manufacturers and clinic guidelines.
Prepare reports of evaluations and re‑evaluations.
Prepare other reports related to physical therapy.
Maintain accurate records of services provided for statistical and billing purposes.
Maintain current daily notes.
Assist with program development.
Plan and conduct special education programs related to physical therapy for staff and the community upon request.
Attend meetings and training as requested.
Adhere to policies and procedures of Children With Opportunity.
Assist in providing a safe environment for all patients and staff.
Assist with problem solving to improve efficiency within the clinic.
Portray a positive attitude and maintain a customer and coworker satisfaction level that limits adverse situations or complaints.
Promote clinic philosophies, generate team spirit and create and maintain an environment that fosters staff satisfaction, maximizes productivity and profitability.
Qualifications
Licensed Physical Therapist.
Bachelor level degree or above.
Licensed in the state of Missouri.
Criminal background check.
Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
Preferred 1–2 years of experience working with the pediatric population.
Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability.

Professional and works with integrity.
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on feet as well as lift items up to 25 lbs on occasion.
