About the Position Base pay range: $75,000.00 – $83,500.00 per year.

We have created a team where ABA, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech & Language Therapy providers collaborate to deliver comprehensive therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disorders. We are opening a new clinic in Parkville in February 2026; this position is for that location.

Requirements

Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri.

Bachelor level degree or above.

Criminal Background Check.

CPR certification (obtainable).

Preferred 1–2 years of experience with pediatric patients.

Valid Driver’s License & Evidence of Insurability.

Collaborative team member.

Enthusiastic, ethical, and professional with integrity.

Enjoy working with children.

Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and spend time on feet; lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.

Responsibilities

Conduct physical therapy evaluations of referred clients.

Perform re-evaluations regularly.

Provide individual and/or group therapy sessions.

Participate in staff meetings and conferences to review progress.

Assist staff with communication with parents regarding therapy.

Conduct in-service training for staff, parents, and others as needed.

Supervise occupational therapy students and document supervision records.

Supervise PTAs and maintain documentation.

Perform duties at multiple locations as required.

Operate therapy equipment per manufacturer and clinic guidelines.

Prepare evaluation, re-evaluation, and other reports.

Maintain accurate service records for billing.

Maintain current daily notes.

Assist with program development and planning of special education programs.

Attend meetings and training sessions as requested.

Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.

Ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.

Address problem-solving to improve clinic efficiency.

Promote clinic philosophies and foster staff satisfaction.

Maintain safety protocols, including PPE and hygiene practices.
