We provide compassionate ABA therapy to help children with autism develop independence, communication skills, and confidence. We are seeking an
experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
to join our Virginia Beach, VA program.
In this role, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy following treatment plans developed by a BCBA, collect session data, and support meaningful skill development in supportive learning environments. Services may be delivered in a variety of settings based on client needs.
Multiple schedule options are available. Team members working
30+ hours per week are considered full-time . Availability will be discussed during the interview process to best align schedules with program and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
Implement individualized treatment plans
Collect and record session data
Support communication, social, and daily‑living skill development
Assist with behavior‑reduction strategies
Participate in supervision and professional development
Collaborate with BCBAs and other team members
Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification — required
Previous RBT experience — required
Experience supporting children with autism preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to be active during sessions (standing, kneeling, bending, lifting 25–50 lbs)
Ability to pass state and federal background checks
Benefits
Pay range: $22–$27 per hour (based on experience & certification)
