Patients trust us to receive the right personalized care where and when they need it – in our care centers, at home or virtually – to improve their health outcomes and quality of life.***Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:*** Processing mail; Receives, identifies and allocates payments and contractual adjustments.* Verifies and balances EFT payments and over the counter payments.* Reviews and processes explanation of benefits and correspondence in conjunction with denial management process.* Notifies billing representative of payments received below the expected payment module.* Processes refunds and researches and adjusts Non-Sufficient Funds and Stop payments.* Responds to internal and external CareMore staff inquiries.**Requirements:*** Requires H.S. diploma or GED* Minimum of 6 months related experience and/or training; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.**Compensation:**$22.00to$33.00At CareMore Health, we provide effective Advanced Primary Care and Palliative Care by seeing the whole person — body, mind, and spirit.
