Nurse Manager, RN
Overview
The Nurse Manager is accountable for the management and leadership of a specific nursing unit. This position evaluates available resources and delegates appropriately to assure quality outcomes of care. They also direct and implement the nursing process, including systematic data collection, assessment, development of care plan, implementation of care plan and revision of plan. The Nurse Manager manages and supervises the care of residents through a well-defined care delivery system.

Qualifications
Must have current registration, as a Registered Nurse, in the State of Minnesota.
Must have successfully completed or seek certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation and emergency care for the health care provider.
Must possess the ability to communicate verbally and in writing when directing the care of residents.
