We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead to manage the Sales Enablement Program within a leading Salesforce Center of Excellence. This strategic leadership role supports sales, marketing, and wealth management domains, driving technical vision, platform excellence, and leading a team of full-time staff and contractors. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in the Salesforce ecosystem, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for delivering scalable, high-impact solutions that empower commercial teams.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the development and execution of the technical strategy for the Sales Enablement Program across multiple business functions.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to internal teams and external partners.
Lead the adoption and integration of modern Salesforce technologies and tools.
Maintain high standards of code quality, security, and system performance across all Salesforce implementations.
Cultivate strong vendor relationships and oversee third-party service delivery.
Promote agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience Salesforce Expertise
Proven experience with Salesforce Cloud solutions, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud (FSC).
Familiarity with Salesforce technologies such as Salesforce Functions, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce DX, Data Cloud, and Agentforce.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and data modeling.
Leadership & Communication
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage a hybrid workforce of full-time employees and contractors.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus at all levels.
Experience managing technical roadmaps, project timelines, and delivery milestones.
Technical Acumen
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.
Hands-on experience with DevOps tools and practices within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Deep understanding of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Application Architect, or System Architect.
Experience in the financial services industry or with wealth management platforms.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Experience working in a Center of Excellence environment.
