Salary Range
$76,000 - $110,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control plans, procedures, and standards.
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
Perform internal and external quality audits of products, processes, and suppliers.
Manage non-conformance reports (NCRs) and material review board (MRB) dispositions.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Support new product introduction (NPI) through APQP activities such as PPAP, FMEA, and control plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing quality problems and improve product reliability.
Recommended Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in core quality tools such as FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys).
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
Demonstrated ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications, with strong statistical analysis skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Proficiency with statistical software packages (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
Experience with specific industry quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 13485, AS9100)
Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for data analysis
Prior experience in supplier quality management and auditing
