self-motivated
and
reliable accountants
for our Accounts Receivable division of our dealerships. The Accounts Receivable clerk focuses on customer and vendor remittances, account reconciliations, and clean schedules. These individuals will assist with maintaining accurate records and resolve any discrepancies.
The Accounts Receivable clerk must be proficient in principles and terminology of automotive/dealership accounting. It is essential to understand the significance of deadlines and the ability to apply the appropriate level of urgency to all tasks.

Role Responsibilities Receive, evaluate, process, and reconcile customer and vendor payments and statements promptly, accurately and efficiently.
Process and record payments accurately and efficiently
Prepare and manage schedules.
Follow up on overdue invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
Maintain positive customer relationships while handling collections
Generate financial reports, including aging reports, to track outstanding balances
Maintain organized customer account profiles and transaction records
Assist with monthly recurring invoice processingSupport general office operations with light administrative tasks
Employee Prerequisites
High School Diploma; College Degree a plus.
Computer skill levels (Internet and Microsoft Office) and Automotive DMS experience PLUS, Tekion preferred.
Competence to work in a high influx call/email environment and transition from one task to another effectively and concisely.
Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule to work full-time with varying extended hours during accounting cutoff periods.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
