Grubbs Family of Dealerships is looking for self‑motivated and reliable individuals for our Automotive Warranty Receivables division of our dealerships. The Warranty Clerk is responsible for coordinating, preparing, submitting and receiving both factory and third‑party warranty claims. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with service advisors, technicians, manufacturers and third‑party companies to ensure timely reimbursement.
The Warranty Clerk must be proficient in principles and terminology of automotive/dealership accounting. It is essential to understand the significance of deadlines and the ability to apply the appropriate level of urgency to all tasks.

Role Responsibilities
Accurately prepare, review and submit warranty claims
Verify repair orders for proper completion, accuracy and compliance with guidelines
Maintain records of all warranty claims, submissions and authorizations
Communicate with service advisors and technicians to resolve claim issues
Monitor claim status and follow up to ensure timely payment
Stay current with warranty policies and procedures
Support general office operations with light administrative tasks
Employee Prerequisites
High School Diploma; College Degree a plus
Computer skill levels (Internet and Microsoft Office) and Automotive DMS experience PLUS, Tekion preferred
Competence to work in a high influx call/email environment and transition from one task to another effectively and concisely
Ability to work well both individually and as part of a team
Flexible schedule to work full‑time with varying extended hours during accounting cutoff periods
Professional appearance and strong work ethic
