Description We are looking for a meticulous and motivated Administrative Assistant to join a growing company in Metairie, Louisiana. - Handle incoming sales calls and provide attentive customer service.
- Assist in generating new leads to support business growth.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings effectively for the team.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation within the organization.
- Prepare engaging presentations and materials to support team objectives.
- Track and monitor the progress of sales and marketing initiatives.

- Deliver general clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation is a plus.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
