- Provide direct support to members of the executive leadership team
- Arrange international travel, manage visa requirements for travel, manage itineraries, and assist with expense tracking
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure leaders are fully prepared with agendas and materials
- Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications including emails, memos, presentations, and reports
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal teams including HR, operations, and leadership
- Track projects and initiatives, follow up on action items, and help ensure deadlines are met
- Support cross‑functional collaboration, planning efforts, and decision‑making processes
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Approve invoices related to office management activities
- Represent executives in meetings when appropriate
- Maintain organized records and provide accurate information to support executive decision‑making
- Support the planning of off‑site meetings and conferences
- Oversee office‑related needs such as ordering supplies, managing team lunches, mail coordination, and credit card programs
- Maintain documentation related to office operations, including auto lease and invoice oversight
- 4+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant or similar level role
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- **Must have experience with international travel arrangements
