Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager, located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, developing strategic plans, and negotiating contracts. Additional tasks include tracking industry trends, collaborating with internal teams, and preparing proposals and presentations.
Qualifications
Strong skills in business development, sales, and client relationship management
Experience in market research, strategic planning, and competitive analysis
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Knowledge of environmental services industry is a plus
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development goals
A proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the Environmental Field
Proficient understanding of environmental solutions, and regulatory compliance
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook and use of CRM
