Clinical Supervisor - Outpatient MAT at Comprehensive Treatment Centers (Roanoke, VA) We are seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee the clinical team in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) environment, ensuring high-quality counseling and adherence to policies and procedures. Role Responsibilities

Provide supervision of the clinical staff in an outpatient opioid treatment program (OTP) recovery environment. Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, CARF standards, and clinic and corporate policies and procedures. Monitor counselor productivity and develop improvement plans when requirements are not met. Make staff assignments and create schedules; update support staff as changes are made. Conduct patient treatment plan reviews as needed. Perform chart audits and communicate audit results to staff. Assist with recruitment, hiring, and training of qualified clinical staff. Involve in crisis intervention and act as a liaison within the community as needed. Ensure ethical and professional conduct by clinical staff. Your Education & Qualifications

Master’s Degree in behavioral or related field and 2 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency; Bachelor’s Degree in behavioral or related field and 3 years of clinical experience in a health or human service agency; Degree must be from an accredited college or university. Your Experience & Skills

Minimum 2 years of supervised substance use/addiction counseling experience required. Minimum 1 year full-time equivalent of clinical experience in a supervisory role required. Leadership experience in addiction recovery or behavioral health settings (outpatient, residential, or correctional facilities). In-depth knowledge of Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) protocols and practices (methadone, buprenorphine, naltrexone). Experience supervising and mentoring clinical staff in counseling services for individuals with substance use disorders. Strong understanding of evidence-based practices (CBT, MI, relapse prevention) with ability to train staff in implementation. Oversight of clinical documentation practices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with treatment plans, progress notes, and assessments per state and federal guidelines. Knowledge of regulatory and accreditation standards (42 CFR Part 2, HIPAA, Joint Commission) with focus on audit readiness. Proven ability to foster collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care. Licenses/Certifications
