Senior Human Resources Manager
to oversee the full scope of human resources functions and serve as a strategic partner to leadership during a period of growth. This role is ideal for a hands‑on HR leader who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys building scalable HR programs while shaping company culture.
Position Overview The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for delivering comprehensive HR services across the organization, including onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, HRIS management, compliance, and policy development. As a key member of the HR team, this individual will play a critical role in defining, developing, and sustaining a positive and compliant workplace culture aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities Human Resources Operations
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate, timely processing in partnership with internal teams or external vendors
Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, renewals, employee education, and vendor relationships
HRIS & Data Management
Own and manage the HRIS, ensuring data integrity, reporting accuracy, and process optimization
Develop HR metrics and dashboards to support leadership decision‑making
Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
Maintain and update employee handbooks, HR policies, and procedures
Lead or support audits, investigations, and regulatory requirements relevant to the medical device industry
Employee Relations & Culture
Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management
Support leadership in building and reinforcing a strong, values‑driven company culture
Develop and implement programs that enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance
Strategic HR Partnership
Partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals
Support organizational growth through workforce planning and scalable HR processes
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR operations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience in HR within Medical Device
Minimum 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including hands‑on ownership of core HR functions
Strong knowledge of payroll, benefits administration, HRIS platforms, and employment law
Experience supporting compliance in a regulated environment (medical device, life sciences, healthcare, or similar)
Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically
Base Salary $125,000-$135,000+ (based on experience)
Bonus Potential 15%
