Job Summary Responsible for researching and resolving unpaid insurance claims and customer inquiries/ complaints for high volume Managed Care contracts. Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
Research and resolve unpaid insurance claims.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to Managed Care contracts.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
EXPERIENCE: A minimum of 5 years of business office experience in billing, customer service, or collections in a healthcare environment is required.
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
SPECIAL SKILLS: Microcomputer Excel.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as hourly) $21.16- $28.78. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
