Role Description
This is a full‑time on‑site Front Desk Coordinator position located in Atlanta, GA. The Coordinator will manage front‑desk operations, greeting visitors, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating records, mail and correspondence. Responsibilities
Greet visitors and provide courteous service Answer phone calls and route inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Maintain accurate records and filing systems Handle mail, correspondence and office equipment Assist with administrative tasks and support staff as needed Ensure clear communication with staff, clients and external partners Qualifications
Strong organizational, time‑management and multitasking skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and similar tools Basic administrative skills (scheduling, filing, data entry) Collaboration and professional demeanor with staff and clients Experience in customer service and handling inquiries Knowledge of office equipment such as phones, printers, scanners (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or certifications in related fields are a plus Employment Type
