Job Description Johnson & Johnson Technology Finance (JJT Finance) is recruiting for a
Finance Manager – JJT Innovative Medicine
to lead financial planning and analysis for Innovative Medicine, managing
Global Commercial Technology budgets . This role partners with senior business leaders to optimize investment decisions and manage approximately
$0.5B
in technology spend across Operations IT and Business IT.
Key Responsibilities
Provide budgeting leadership to support business partners for forecast updates, and quarterly/full-year processes.
Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning for technology investments.
Deliver actionable financial insights to influence decisions on capital allocation and cost optimization.
Partner with JJT partners, Portfolio team and JJT Finance teams to deliver strategic initiatives and support SigniFi adoption.
Manage a team of 4 analysts, fostering talent development and performance excellence.
Drive continuous improvement through process automation, benchmarking, and value stream mapping.
Ensure compliance with financial policies and governance standards.
Standardize accounting and reporting through consistent guidance and training.
Act as the liaison for JJT partners and finance teams across Commercial Regions.
Support ongoing global JJT ad hoc requests.
Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years of finance experience; prior people leadership strongly preferred.
Advanced Excel skills are required; SAP/TM1 experience preferred.
Strong business partnering and communication skills across global, multicultural environments is preferred.
Prior experience in FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting preferred.
Process-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can problem-solve effectively is required.
Strong influencing skills, independent thinking, and exceptional planning/prioritization abilities are required.
Proven ability to interact, influence, and drive results with senior management is required.
Demonstrated track record of business partnership with cross-functional teams is required.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively in dynamic environments is required.
Digital & Analytical Skills: Proficiency in emerging tools tied to Project SigniFi and automation (e.g., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) strongly preferred.
Familiarity with TM1 and SAP systems preferred.
This role is located in either Titusville, NJ; New Brunswick, NJ; or Raritan, NJ and may require up to 10% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is:
$102,000.00 – $177,100.00
