We are seeking a reliable and customer‑focused Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative with an active Florida 440 Customer Representative License, preferred, to join our agency. This role focuses on servicing existing clients, handling policy changes, and providing excellent customer support. Duties

Assist clients with policy questions, coverage changes, and billing inquiries Process endorsements, cancellations, and policy renewals Maintain accurate client records and documentation Answer inbound calls and respond to emails in a professional manner Support agents with administrative and customer service tasks Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong client relationships Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and promoting Customer Satisfaction Proficiency with computers and agency management systems Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills to address client needs effectively Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment Problem‑solving skills with a focus on delivering solutions Prior insurance or customer service experience preferred Seniority level
