Position Summary

What you'll do includes complying with company policies and ethics; operating a forklift safely; completing work assignments by using policies and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; inventory handling, merchandising, and paperwork; providing member service; maintaining facility safety and merchandising standards; supporting club pick up orders; managing shrink and inventory; leveraging technology services for customers; and upholding Walmart values and a culture of belonging through teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

Operate forklifts following company standards and guidelines; safely pick up, move, place, and position merchandise and pallets. Receive and organize stock from distribution centers and suppliers; manage inventory flow and paperwork; merchandise and rotate stock; correct shelf capacities; retain required logs and documentation. Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, guiding self-service technology, assisting with purchases, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety checks, following forklift and hazardous materials handling procedures, and reporting unsafe conditions. Maintain sales floor and merchandising presentation; stock, rotate, display, remove damaged goods, set up displays, and monitor promotional and seasonal merchandising; ensure proper sanitation and food safety policies where applicable; monitor shrink and safety risks. Fill club pick up orders by assisting with picking and staging; ensure orders are selected and staged per policy; support Merchandising Associates in timely pickings and occasional accuracy audits. Handle moves and displays safely; track in-stock levels; control shrinkage; report poor inventory practices and low stock levels; use inventory tools safely. Operate and maintain forklifts; report unsafe conditions; inform management if equipment is not in proper working order. Assist customers with technology services; identify shrink opportunities and problems; maintain equipment and organize products; promptly fix issues. Wage and compensation : The hourly wage range for this position is $19.00 to $27.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may range from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on schedule, facility, season, or work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.
