Subcontracts Administrator

Jacobs is seeking a Subcontracts Administrator for Advanced Manufacturing. The role involves contracting standard to complex professional and/or construction services, leading small projects (total installed cost $50M or less), and handling day‑to‑day subcontracting tasks with minimal guidance. As a Subcontract Administrator you will: Prepare Request for Proposal packages. Issue and administer bid packages throughout the bid cycle. Coordinate and host pre‑bid meetings with bidders and project team members. Receive and review proposals; tabulate and evaluate them. Coordinate clarification meetings with bidders. Prepare commercial bid evaluations. Negotiate terms and conditions with bidders and coordinate final negotiations with the legal department. Route requisition for award documents to project team for approvals. Draft award subcontract documents and issue to successful bidder. Coordinate pre‑award meetings. Manage subcontractor invoices. Manage change orders. Mitigate subcontractor risk and assist with claims or disputes. Complete subcontract close‑out activities. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, supply chain, operations management, or equivalent project experience. 5+ years of experience in construction contracting. 2‑5 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing or Data Center Projects preferred. Proficiency in MS Office tools with intermediate‑to‑advanced Excel skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong teamwork and organizational skills. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Strong problem‑solving skills and a drive to solve complex challenges. Benefits
