Subcontracts Administrator – Jacobs
Base pay range: $75,300.00/yr – $103,500.00/yr.

As a Subcontract Administrator for Advanced Manufacturing, you will manage the contracting of complex professional and/or construction services, often leading small projects (≤$50M). You’ll demonstrate a thorough understanding of procurement concepts and integrate procurement with other project functions.
Responsibilities
Prepare Request for Proposal packages and issue bid packages throughout the bid cycle.
Coordinate and host pre‑bid meetings with bidders and project team members.
Review, tabulate, and evaluate proposals; negotiate terms and conditions with bidders.
Coordinate final negotiations with the legal department and draft award subcontract documents.
Route requisition for award documents to project team for approvals.
Manage subcontract invoicing, change orders, risk mitigation, claims, disputes, and close‑out activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, construction, supply chain, operations management, or equivalent project experience.
5+ years of experience in construction contracting.
2–5 years of experience in Biopharmaceutical/Life Science Manufacturing or Data Center Projects (preferred).
Intermediate‑to‑advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in MS Office tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; strong teamwork.
Ability to work and thrive in a fast‑paced environment with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
A drive to solve complex and challenging problems.
