About the Job Perform all tasks involved in the processing of Rental garments inbound and outbound. This includes breaking down and separating used Rental garments, scanning and bagging, cleaning and re‑bagging shoes. Receiving, scanning, auditing, inspecting, and putting away garments from cleaners, as well as shoes, and accessories. Pull Rental orders, ensure quality control, matching, and bag finished products. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.
What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities
The responsibilities of the Rental Outbound Supervisors include but are not limited to:
Assist management with all day‑to‑day tasks involved in the processing of rental outbound to ensure daily workload is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
Hands‑on team leader trained in all areas of the processing of rental outbound activities that include picking, scanning, processing, re‑stocking, manual marrying, pre‑sorting, sorting, off‑loading, location scanning, locating missing items, building Rental reservations, product validation, and quality control.
Ensure accurate and rapid movement and processing of merchandise. Ensure Rental garments follow facility quality guidelines and set standards.
Assist with planning and coordinating daily activities for outbound team members to achieve department goals.
Work with other departments within the distribution center to solve Rental merchandise processing issues.
Train, inspire, and motivate teams to achieve desired results in productivity, teamwork, quality, safety, and job knowledge.
Assist with hands‑on job training to team members and seasonal employees.
Interact with and maintain a positive relationship with management and department staff. Contribute to building and fostering a positive team spirit and high‑quality work environment to support company’s goals and objectives by providing outstanding performance and customer service.
Provide feedback and on‑going coaching by practicing good servant leadership principles to always promote teamwork.
Assist with monitoring and reporting performance of outbound employees.
Track information accurately to facilitate flow of rental merchandise in an expedite manner.
Works closely with management team to recommend improvements that would further increase performance.
Provide recommendations related to rental Outbound operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the department’s operations.
Provide a clean and safe work environment and maintain equipment inventory.
Advise management of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately to ensure good routine preventive maintenance on all equipment and facility is in proper working condition.
Special projects as needed, and any additional duties assigned by the management team.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s and/or equivalent work experience in a leadership position
Minimum one (1) year experience in a "hands‑on" leadership role working in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
OSHA / safety training preferred.
Public or large group speaking preferred.
Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Office in Word, Excel, Outlook
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team environment with others and good work ethics.
Basic knowledge of Oracle software
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Previous supervisory experience is a plus.
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to provide the highest standard of customer service.
Must have strong follow‑up and relationship‑building skills and apply problem‑solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Commitment to excellence and excellent attention to detail
Strong organizational skills, multi‑tasking, and ability to prioritize departmental tasks.
Maintain a professional, positive, and friendly attitude always.
Must be goal‑oriented and task driven.
Demonstrated ability to motivate, encourage, and lead team members.
Experience in the use of warehouse technology equipment and tools (radio‑frequency scanners)
Ability to adapt to changing environment and dependable team leader willing to do what it takes to get the job done and flexible in scheduling is required based on business needs (i.e., increased hours, weekends, holidays, and volume of work, staffing shortages, etc.)
Must be able to perform physical demands of the position a warehouse environment setting that involves repetitive standing, walking, bending, stooping, reaching, stretching, climbing or balancing, use of hands and fingers, grasping, kneeling, squatting, stretching, pulling, pushing, using ladders or lifts, and lifting and/or moving up to 50 lbs. for long periods of time over the course of an entire shift.

Work Environment This job operates in a Distribution Center environment. This role routinely involves standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, RF scanners, Ladders, and Pallet Jacks.
Physical Qualifications The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 40 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
