Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries related to financial products, services, and account management via phone, email, and live chat in German.
Provide clear and accurate information about financial services, investment options, and regulations.
Assist customers with account setup, modifications, and transaction inquiries.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while adhering to company policies.
Accurately document all interactions and maintain comprehensive records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay informed on financial market trends and updates to effectively address customer concerns.
Requirements
Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; knowledge of English is a plus.
