Senior In‑house Attorney – Epic
Position based at Epic’s Madison, WI campus. Relocation assistance is provided.
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team. You’ll support Epic’s growth, negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements, manage litigation, and oversee vendor and industry collaborations while navigating complex legal frameworks globally.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with healthcare organizations worldwide.
Own challenging projects, including forging vendor and industry relationships and ensuring compliance with evolving legal frameworks.
Manage litigation and other legal matters as the company expands into new global markets.
Qualifications
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, creative mind, excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is required and fully reimbursed.
