Overview
We are seeking exceptional attorneys to join our legal team at our Madison, WI campus. The position requires relocation to the area and provides financial relocation assistance. The role supports Epic’s ongoing growth, negotiating multi‑million dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations worldwide, forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and managing litigation.
Responsibilities You’ll support Epic’s ongoing growth as it expands its offerings and enters new global markets. You’ll negotiate multi‑million dollar license and service agreements, own challenging projects such as forging relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, maintain compliance with legal frameworks, and manage litigation.

Strong academic and professional background
Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges
Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics, including intellectual property, privacy, general corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed
