You’ll negotiate multi‑million‑dollar license and service agreements with renowned healthcare organizations around the world, forge vendor relationships, ensure compliance with legal frameworks in the US and abroad, and manage litigation. Your responsibilities will grow with your expanding knowledge of our dynamic industry.
Responsibilities
Negotiate multi‑million‑dollar license and service agreements globally.
Develop and implement end‑to‑end vendor and industry collaborations.
Ensure compliance with existing and emerging legal frameworks in the United States and overseas.
Manage litigation and other legal matters.
Expand knowledge of intellectual property, privacy, corporate matters, employment issues, vendor relationships, and regulatory risk management.
Qualifications
Strong academic and professional background.
Eye for detail, creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
Flexibility and tenacity in solving complex legal and business challenges.
Motivated to learn about a wide range of topics.
Relocation to the Madison, WI area is necessary and will be fully reimbursed.
